Most of the non-free Debian Science / Med packages suffer from this in some way. I've made some efforts to get non-free reactivated and at least for powerpc it should be fixed now. We will try to add more builders on other architectures to the set of non-free building machines, if no unexpected events happen again (like there were the last time we tried).
