The state seems to be:
- alpha: failed to build
- arm, armel, hppa, powerpc: needs-build
The rest seems to be in installed state.
It looks like powerpc's buildd wasn't able to keep up with
backports, but it's catching up now and I've just moved
nss to the top of the queue, so it should get build soon.
As far as I know, the other arches (arm, armel, powerpc) currently
don't have a backports buildd.
