Package can't stop building?

Hi,

My package (totem-plugin-arte) and some other are stuck in armel: they are in the "building" state since more than 6 days.
So it prevents my package to migrate to testing (where the version of my package is broken)

(As I saw, there are similar situations with other armel buildd but not on other architectures)
