Just make hooks/post-update executable (it should just run git update-server-info). OTOH, it's identical for the git transport, so looks like it's just not updating. I'm not quite sure why the repo isn't just on git.debian.org in the first place. Surely the private debian-specific configuration is kept in a separate place to the actual source code?
