Please remove exim4's dep-wait on lynx-cur (mipsel)

Hello,
exim4 4.69-11 is blocked from testing migration due to a missing build
on mipsel. Investigating I found this:

Please drop the Dep-Wait. exim4 does not need a specific version of
lynx-cur to build. - I am assuming that lynx-cur 2.8.7pre1-1 on
mipsel is not totally broken. ;-)

PS: The dep-wait used to be useful up to version 4.69-10, since exim4
had a build-depends on lynx | lynx-cur. Due to the strict >=
dependency of the binary-all dummy package lynx on lynx-cur lynx is
uninstallable after each fresh source upload on slow archs. I have
fixed this in 4.69-11, exim4 now b-ds on lynx-cur | lynx.
