Please give back pyexiv2 on i386 and s390. In both cases the package ismarked as failed with the reason given as a bug that is now fixed.According to jereons buildd information pages neither architecture hasattempted to build the current version. The current version has eitherbuilt succesfully or is currently building on all other releasearchitectures.
