Give back one of the octave-* packages

Buildd of the octave-forge packages on mipsel fails due to a problem in the
postinst script of octave3.0 (Bug#524745).  I did a change in the script and
I would like to know the outcome of my change.  Below are some examples of
give backs:

gb octave-ftp_1.0.1-3 . mipsel
gb octave-general_1.0.7-2 . mipsel
gb octave-image_1.0.8-3 . mipsel
