I was of course checking the wrong arch, and it basicly tells
about the same as the buildd log:
The following constraints cannot be satisfied:
  babel-1.2.0 (= 1.2.0.dfsg-7) depends on java-gcj-compat | java1-runtime {NOT AVAILABLE}
