Re: Official buildds seem to still build package after transfer to ‘non-free’.

It looks that the s390 was just too fast and that the component change didn't
propagate into incoming at that time.  So it got added through accepted
autobuilding and removed after the next dinstall run.  s390 just managed
to take, build and upload it during that short timeframe.
