It is a recurrent problem in the project. It's not daily but it
certainly is recurrent.

AFAIK, all of them.

Also it is very annoying for people to be hit by unknown and unwritten
rules that leave no room to appeal.

It is my first time as a DD but it certainly is not my 1st time as a
user, having packages disappear because someone else decided they were
immoral and to maintain my innocence I should not be able to easily
install them.

Having a rule that exists rather than "because I say so" would
probably be less controversial.
