Yes.
I considered this, but honestly? If a Debian Developer is doing
something on IRC today which falls afoul of the code of conduct, then I
don't think we should be celebrating that by putting it in fortune
files. And if we don't want to do that for developers today, why are we
celebrating developers doing this 20 years ago?
Remember that this is for *exceptions* to the code of conduct. If
there's something in fortunes-off from a developer saying something on
IRC that does not fall afoul of the code of conduct, then it doesn't
matter, because that wouldn't need an exception.
