Debian isn't a business.
If you want to be a service provider to businesses, you need to be a
business yourself. Business service contracts include minimum levels
of service, support etc., that are impossible to guarantee without
PAID STAFF.
If that's what you have in mind, you'd better start your own company
rather than trying to turn Debian into one.
