The website should be updated, I'm preparing the ballot.
It seems that the constitution on
https://www.debian.org/devel/constitution has not been updated after
https://www.debian.org/vote/2022/vote_001
It's my understanding that all votes are now secret votes like in the
cae of a DPL election.
