I have a feature request for future ballots:
Could you use a date format that is understood by date(1)?
The current one is not:

$ date -d '00:00:00 UTC on Wednesday, April 1st, 2015'
date: invalid date ‘00:00:00 UTC on Wednesday, April 1st, 2015’
