I do not second this proposal.

I dislike the wording of this proposal. Ideally I would like for
Debian project to evolve and move away from conflict based development
model (upstream vs maintainer vs teams vs TC vs other DDs vs users).
And instead drive towards a more consensus based and shared ownership
development model. However, that's not the problems our developers and
our distribution face today. The proposal as stated, has unbounded
scope, which can be lead to unintended consequences and, in my
opinion, enforces an extended interpretation of DSC/DFSG which we did
not agree upon before.

If your wish to have such a large scope, shouldn't instead the
proposal be to revise the text of the Debian Social contract and/or
Debian Free Software Guidelines?
