How to get a new ballot?
Hi,
according to the original mail at

I should be able to get a fresh ballot by sending a mail to
ballot@vote.debian.org
with the subject
gr_nonpackagers
(At least that's how I understand it. If I'm wrong, I'm happy to be
pointed to additional documentation. Thanks in advance.)
Anyway, here's what I got:
