A bit lateral to the problem you've encountered, but if everything else
fails you can scp
master.d.o:/srv/mail-archives/debian-devel-announce/debian-devel-announce.201010
to obtain a mailbox containing the call for vote mails sent by the
secretary to d-d-a (which are valid ballots).
