Unfortunately, recent GRs seem to have reached a vote as
proposal || alternate || alternate || alternate
with very little overlap between the alternatives. I don't think
that's a good way to find a compromise, but DDs seem reluctant to
second and put more options on the ballot. Condorcet works better
with several overlapping options, IMO.
I think we need to be more liberal at putting options on the ballot.
One way to do that is more practice.
