I want to issue a somewhat blanket apology; I'm trying to get better,
but I do so only in fits and starts.
In my posts about the controversial etch/drivers/freeness issue, I
crossed the line more than once into unhelpful and unreflective
posts. I am sorry, and if you were hurt or offended by them, please
accept my apology.
My convictions are strong and well-rooted, but it is not appropriate
to post as much as I have done in reiterating the same things, nor was
it ok for me to be flippant and rude in some of my messages.
I hope only to be able to do better in the future.
