I have just one question, how do you explain the differences about your

There are no differences. The debian-women mailing list lacks focus,
unity, and agreement. On the one hand, people like Matthew Palmer say
"we are already going forward quietly, taking effective action to change
Debian from within". On the other hand, there are Debian-Women
contributors who are still saying "we still need to properly discuss,
research, and come to agreement on what the problems ARE."

It is extremely poor engineering practice to rush around changing things
when there has been NO public statement that there is a problem, nor any
public agreement on what a solution would look like.

As DPL, I will gently encourage the Debian-Women contributors to come to
a clear understanding and make a clear statement of their perceptions,
their problems with Debian, and what they would like to see happen to
resolve them.

Any change to Debian as a whole should involve the consent of Debian as
a whole.
