Hi folks,
I'll be off for a business trip this week, and shall not have
access to my gpg keys, and will not be able to take any action
regarding votes.
Unless things change, I'll start GR 2004_005 based on the
latest amendment for 2004 004, since
a) the proposal contains orthogonal issues;
b) the proposer has indicated that the proposal should not be split
up,
c) the amendment has not been modified to fit the issue currently
being discussed on gr 004, nor has it been withdrawn.
