I second it; I noticed some minor editorial glitches (really editorial
:) as did Daniel Burrows, but this is "good enough" and we should get on
with this vote ASAP. The constitution could use work too, and if we ever
get around to that we can fix the minor niggles contained in the new
version of this proposal.
