no, i think the reason why he chose to round off is dishonest. this was
obvious from what i wrote.
please learn basic rules of grammar before attempting to indulge in a pedantic
quibble. incompetent quibbling just makes you look like a fool (so does
competent quiblling, but incompetence just makes it more obvious).
