The default option is the wrong one, isn't it.
Our constitution states:
4. The Developers by way of General Resolution or election

4.2. Procedure
1. The Developers follow the Standard Resolution Procedure, below.

A. Standard Resolution Procedure
[...]
A.3. Voting procedure
[...]
5. [...] If a quorum is required then the default option is
Further Discussion.
So the default option should be "Further Discussion".
Actually this would even make more sense then Choice 2 above.
I would suggest to send out a corrected call for votes.
