You appear to be making the same mistake as Manoj did, which I noted in
a message to debian-devel.
Under the proposed system (Manoj's), B is dropped. This leaves:
450x DA
45x AD
The default option beats A and wins.
An option which is *beaten* by the default option *cannot* win unless
both it and the Default Option are in the Smith set. Construct your
examples better. Both of you!
