 * the voting period is not yet over

At three minutes past 23:59:59 UTC on April 16th, 2002, the
ballots sent in the last hour shall be processed, and the final set
 of acknowledgements sent off.

At 7 minutes past the hour, the tally sheet shall be created
 at http://master.debian.org/%7Esrivasta/tally.txt

I am attaching two scripts to this message that shall take
this tally sheet as input, and calculate the winner, so people can
 run their own tallying process.

The first script is the algorithm we have traditionally used,
 as given in the constitution.

Attachment: condorcet.pl
Description: condorcet.pl

The second script is the clone proof ssd method being
recommended that we adopt. In all votes so far, both scripts return
identical results (the interesting corner cases have not yet
 occurred).
