Since I was stupid, and punchy, with only 3 hours sleep last night :(.
However, if you like, we can say that I ruled (based on 7.1.3 (and 7.2))
that 4.2.3 takes precedence over 5.2.6.
But really it's because I'm a fool. [Well, that, and with all the
problems we've been having during the vote, I'd been thinking about
getting people to look at their ballots to make sure they were right.
But that could have been done without publishing the results.]
