	Ah. My mistake. Should we just not list the constituion under
 foundation documents, then? Or leave it in, for now, since the
 supermajority is exactly the same, and any changes to that would
 require amending the constitution anyway, and we can deal with it if
 it ever happens. 

	It kinda feels right having the constitution listed under
 foundation docs ...
