Re: New maintainer proposal, re-announce

The project secretary has already said that he has seen no proposal,
properly submitted, that anyone can act upon, according to our
constitution.

Until a proposal has been properly made to debian-vote, there can be no
proper action for a developer to take.

I, and apparently many other developers, have refused to sign up to any
more lists. I will continue to refuse to carry on any "project" related
discussions on any lists other than -private, -devel, and -vote.

If you want to talk with me about such things, you can be sure of finding
me on one of those lists, or contact me in private.

Waiting is,
