Hi,

I'm afraid etch is no longer officially supported.  There is a way, if
you feel like building your own:

git clone git://git.debian.org/git/clamav/clamav.git
git checkout -b debian/etch-volatile
pristine-tar checkout clamav_0.96+dfsg.orig.tar.gz
mv clamav_0.96+dfsg.orig.tar.gz ../
debuild
cd ..
dpkg -i <list of debs>
