Hi Michal,
   as I'm informed from this list, the request for adding a package to 
volatile must make it's maintainer. But I completelly agree with you, I 
use fuzzyorc as well and it's a great tool. Maybe we should ask the 
maintainer here http://packages.qa.debian.org/f/fuzzyocr.html about the 
stability of 2.3-b sid version, or just ask him to request putting some 
version to volatile.
