I went to have a look at that stuff... it appears that there is a separate
http://volatile.debian.org/debian-volatile/project/Mirrors.masterlist
which is processed by an old forked copy of our mirror_list.pl to generate
http://www.debian.org/volatile/volatile-mirrors
Cc:ing Luk Claes who originally implemented that (judging by CVS commit logs).
Nowadays, this is obviously insane :) so unless someone has anything to add,
I'll go merge the data into the main Mirrors.masterlist, merge the
forked code into the main mirror/mirror_list.pl script, etc.
(A benefit that may not be obvious is that this way we will also be able to
trivially add the volatile archive into the Debian mirror checkers.)
