I've tried this in /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://volatile.debian.net/debian-volatile sarge/volatile main

But it says something like:
clamav needs libclamav2 what needs libgmp3 and that's not available.

Maybe I should use libgmp3c2. But was this tested?
