Yesterday's traffic was the first since June 21st. It happened to coincide
with master being bogged down with mail, and list archiving consequently
being temporarily disabled.
Everything should either be enabled again, or in the process of being so -
indeed, the -volatile archive page for July now exists and includes your
mail :) - so I'm closing the bug.
