My understanding of the package is that it is largely data, that is, the
public certs of a number of authorities.  It's also not particularly
fast moving data (certs should only expire every couple of months or so,
right?).  So long as you and aba can manage to keep stable point
releases going at a reasonable rate, as you have been, this seems more
like something for s-p-u than for volatile.  If I'm wrong, and the certs
turn over more frequently than I am imagining, or if there are problems
keeping point releases on the same schedule, then I have no objections.
