The issue is that we are missing packages for arm, hppa, mips, m68k and
sparc currently. So, only the binary=all packages are there yet. As this
bug is quite problematic, we decided to release the new version
nevertheless. I'm sorry that it is causing issues for users of these
architectures (and someone will probably need to do manual builds in the
next days).
