No. Don't worry about this. You will have the choice to keep your old 
conf files, view the diffs, or replace with the new ones.

I kept my old ones, and it works perfectly, exepted for those log entries:

Jun 11 13:57:13 altair spamd[26817]: config: failed to parse line, 
skipping: ok_language      fr en
Jun 11 13:57:13 altair spamd[26817]: config: failed to parse line, 
skipping: use_razor2     0
Jun 11 13:57:13 altair spamd[26817]: config: failed to parse line, 
skipping: use_dcc        0

but it just works. Since I feel to lazy now, il will fix this on the 
week-end :)
