It has been pushed to the volatile mirrors (see e.g.
http://debian.inode.at/debian-volatile/pool/volatile/main/s/spamassassin/)
it just needed to be put into volatile-sloppy instead of volatile, because
upgrades require handholding (if the configuration was adapted).
