Adding jwhois package to volatile?

This mail got lost (sorry for sending it to the private address).

Most updates for jwhois are just patches to the configuration file, so the diff will be very small. I noticed that the last update I made for Sarge a month or so before the release never made it in the archive, which is a bit annoying since it makes lookups for several domain fail.

[...], I think that my package jwhois (GNU jwhois, a whois client) would be a candidate for inclusion, as the configuration file is updated (although not as regularly as I would wish, but considering I'm also part of the upstream team I don't have anyone but myself to blame). I have some very active users in Debian that do file reports about needed updates, and I try to take care of them regularly.
