I believe most multimedia packages depend on non-free components, which
is why deb-multimedia exists.
I saw a thread stating that deb-multimedia was no longer needed on reddit, so I didn't use it in my install this time.

I can get by with rtsp support in totem and ffplay, but I was curious. I'm also wondering why my apt-get source command is failing to work.
