That is not a trivial request as it will, essentially, mean completely
reformatting the document: redo paragraphs, text moved from page to page,
changing pages means different page numbers, images/... moved around, ...

Ideally you should start with the document source format, eg .odf, but it could
be some specialist desktop publishing package.

I think that the amount of work would be huge, much more than is worth the
effort just to read one book.

However: others might know better than me.
