Here's what I got this morning:

Oct 26 10:09:01 peregrine systemd[1]: Finished phpsessionclean.service - Clean php session files.

Oct 26 10:15:28 peregrine libvirtd[58188]: libvirt version: 11.3.0, package: 11.3.0-3 (Debian)
Oct 26 10:15:28 peregrine libvirtd[58188]: hostname: peregrine

Oct 26 10:15:28 peregrine libvirtd[58188]: Cannot get interface flags on 'virbr0': No such device
Oct 26 10:15:28 peregrine firewalld[1106]: ERROR: UNKNOWN_INTERFACE: 'virbr0' is not in any zone
Oct 26 10:15:28 peregrine libvirtd[58188]: error destroying network device virbr0: No such device
Oct 26 10:17:01 peregrine CRON[58249]: pam_unix(cron:session): session opened for user root(uid=0) by root(uid=0)

As you can see, unlike the trace in that archLinux post, libvirt never
gets to the point of launching dnsmasq. With no network, that makes
sense to me.
