I have an Intel A380 in an AMD Epyc server. The relevant packages from Intel's repository are installed and I regularly use the card for video encoding with ffmpeg. Most of this was installed on bookworm some time before trixie came out - I've dist-upgraded since, but I never checked on OpenCL before, so I don't know if it was working. But OpenCL doesn't see the card, yet, as far as I can tell, everything seems in place. Does anyone have this working? What am I missing?
I don't have A380 nor do I'm running Trixie, but I used B580, A770 and A750 in Debian Sid. In Sid there was a period when Intel compute runtime library got broken. Installing newer versions directly from
https://github.com/intel/compute-runtime/releases then helped. All is good with Intel OpenCL in Sid now, so perhaps it will trickle into Trixie backports...
