That is a C++ mangled name. You can use `c++filt` to determine the
name before mangling:
$ echo '_ZN8linphone6Config16getKeysNamesListERKNSt7__cxx1112basic_stringIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEE'
| c++filt
linphone::Config::getKeysNamesList(std::__cxx11::basic_string<char,
std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> > const&)
The basic_string<...> is just a std::string in C++.
