You want to run this in the terminal
`sudo sysctl -w kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1`
In case that doesn't work, please send the outputs of `uname -a`
then that to enable it persistently.
`echo 'kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1' | sudo tee /etc/sysctl.d/00-local-userns.conf`
