We can't know, only guess.
Let's assume there is a debian live installation behind that mysterious
IP, 192.168.0.213, and let's assume further that you left the defaults
intact there. In that case you might try "user" as user name (*not*
"debian", as you are trying) and "live" as password, as stated in the
live manual [1].
But each of my assumptions above might be totally wrong. Please, tell
us more :)
