Re: Trixie upgrade that did not change lsb_release to trixie



I used a fix I found online: sudo dpkg-divert --local --remove --no-rename --divert /etc/os-release.debootstrap /etc/os-release

then:sudo apt install --reinstall base-files

seems to have the desired effect.

Did you install from a "Live" image instead of a normal installer?
There's a known issue with that:
