One of the main exceptions to that rule of netiquette is precisely when
the original poster *asks* to be CCed. There are exceptions to that
exception, too, but this is certainly within its scope.

https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/ ought to be close enough. It's not
real-time (it's missing the two most recent replies in this thread, both
of which were posted within the past half-hour) but it seems to keep
reasonably current (it has another reply from earlier today, about
two-and-a-half hours ago).
