If you intend to communicate with this mailing list, you may wish to
consider subscribing first.  If you don't subscribe, then you should
at the very minimum include some text in your messages telling people
to Cc you on their replies.  That may or may not work, but it's a
start.

Please bear in mind that the debian-user mailing list is read by Debian
*users*, not necessarily Debian developers.  There may be a few developers
hanging out, but there's no guarantee they will respond to you.
