Bug interaction happens in Debian via mail: every "bug" is like a little
mailing list on its own. You can write to it if you want to contribute,
or, if you want to interact more closely, you can subscribe it.

Let's take your first example, #1068722: go to the bug page:

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1068722

...before the whole discussion starts you see two links, labelled "Reply"
and "Subscribe". Those go to:

  mailto:1068722@bugs.debian.org
  mailto:1068722-subscribe@bugs.debian.org

Follow the mails from there on :-)
